Arrival and departure:

Your reserved rooms are ready for occupancy from 14.00 hrs. If you arrive after 18.00 o'clock please inform us by telephone.
In case of late arrival or early departure 60% of the price of the booked time will be charged.
We ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Payment:

You can pay your hotel bill in cash, by EC or credit card.

Tourist tax:

The cure contribution of the municipality Schwangau is included in the prices.

Parking:

Free parking is available directly at the hotel. There are also two charging stations for electric cars.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed in our guest rooms.

Bicycle:

Our hotel has a bicycle cellar, which can be used free of charge. There are also sockets for e-bikes.
Don't have your own bike with you? You can easily rent a bike from our partner Bike Füssen - just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, directly at the Schlossbrauhaus.

Our house is a non-smoking hotel.
Over New Year's Eve the minimum stay is 6 nights.
The rooms are located on the first, second or third floor.
The hotel does not have an elevator, we are happy to help with suitcases and luggage.

• We use a combined heat and power unit to generate electricity and hot water
• We prefer suppliers from the region
